Yaseen Abrahams

I’m a certified Sports massage therapist, stemming from an array of sporting backgrounds such as, soccer, athletics, volleyball, inline roller hockey (EP Senior team captain),swimming, cycling,culminating into triathlon (2018 70.3 world championships).

The passion for triathlon started in 2009 when I signed up for my first Comrades Marathon which I completed in 2010. The endurance bug bore the notion for doing 3 sports at once in relation to 1,was born. Partaking in triathlon has made me deal better with day-to-day life decisions and forged the saying ‘anything is possible’.

To date, I have completed 1 Comrades Marathon, 2 OMTOM (56km), 6 Full Ironman, 9 Ironman 70.3 and aiming to do more in the future.

Close to my heart, I believe in giving back to community upliftment via time and sporting skills accrued along the way.
