Ntombentsha Nazo

My name is Ntombentsha Nazo, from the friendly city of Gqeberha. I am an Internal Auditor who is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and documenting my activities to inspire others. I am soon turning 40 and my planned gift for reaching this milestone is to gift myself with the title, TRIATHLETE. Currently I am a long-distance runner with 3 comrades finish, 5 Two Oceans marathons and numerous others races across the country.

My journey started in 2015 as way to deal with grief and I immediately fell in love with running. I then began to enter races. Now I feel like it’s time to add two more disciplines to challenge myself and inspire others that it’s never too late to try something new.
