Menzi Mncwango

My fitness journey started when I was overweight in 2016.

At the beginning of 2017 I started running short distances and later completed two marathons, two half marathons and three 10 km races. In the process I lost more than 30 kg and have never looked back ever since.

I am very passionate about running and always working hard during training to be a better runner than before. I am eagerly looking forward to smash my Personal Bests and planning to run Comrades marathon injury free. I would like to have the Comrades Green number before reaching 40.
