Sixolisile Ndlabhu

I started running as an alternative to exercising back in October 2020 and since then I haven’t looked back.

The focus wasn’t so much on the distance I ran but rather the calories burnt as a result, I managed to lose 11kg through running consistently.

Running requires commitment, dedication, and discipline. One of the many benefits of running is that you get exactly what you put in.
