I run distances from 5KM up to Ultras. I did my first Comrades and first Two Oceans last year 2019. I run to keep healthy as I’m from a family that has a history of hypertension, diabetes and arthritis and with my mom already taking chronic medication for hypertension. I also run because it is part of my social life. I also participate in races that are for a good course such as ones supporting cancer survivors, domestic violence campaigns etc.
